On a trip to the area our 2 year old son suddenly became ill and we brought him into the ER. The receptionist, Jamie, and Dr. Westin were amazing! I had prayed when I arrived for compassionate and kind staff who cared and we got just that. Thank you all for the service you provide and for doing it so well!
Completely indifferent and incompetent.
As a local who has been here over 30 times, just drive anywhere else. This is a medical dead zone.
Not very good as far as returning calls or keeping a family member posted as far as status of a patient
