Great experience! Allison is great, she listens to understand what you need, then delivers a great session, and even gives great advice on stretches and ways to limit pain or increase mobility.
I cannot express how great of a therapy session Allison provided to me. I am so impressed with her knowledge and passion for her work. she listens and listens to the body. her combination of methods is very effective in targeting the problem areas. I went in with so much pain and left with so much relief. I could hardly move my back. Now I can move without pain. I will be going back. I highly recommend for all your LMT needs.
I started going to Allison for prenatal massage last spring. Since having my baby, I am now going for a regular massage every three months and I love it! First time in my life I've treated myself to a regular massage, and she's totally worth it. Not a light fluffy touch, but really firm and working on all of your tense trouble areas. I sleep so much better after our sessions. Highly highly recommend!
