I highly recommend Dr. Vela. She helped me thru a wrist injury and now working to rehab my shoulder. I've seen so much progress in my lifting since she's been helping me rehab all this wear and tear in my body. Her and her staff are very friendly and always ready to help you out.

Dr. Caitlin is gifted at diagnosing and treating pain. After only two sessions I was feeling stronger, pain free and more confident in my body. My athletic performance was greatly improved. She prescribed functional strength building exercises that were safe and truly worked!
