My son, who is a serious high school athlete, had an injury that was bothersome for several months. At one point, we saw an urgent care doctor who urged us to call Cy Grimmett. I am so grateful we did! Not only did Cy do a thorough evaluation of my son prior to giving him a program to follow, he set my son’s mind at ease. He gave him a new mindset about how to deal with discomfort and how to work through it. I highly recommend Cy at Forge Physio. He helped me not only with my hip flexors but worked with me and showed me how everything works together. From managing my stress , my sleep and my mental approach to pain . Thank you Cy

Cy fixed my knee pain so I could get back to running long distances but more importantly he built up my trust in him through talking through why he was doing each test and what the exercises were addressing along the way so I could use some of that to help in the future. In the process he fixed some stubborn back and neck tightness that was on my long list of c... read more

Hands down, best PT around. I went to Cy at Forge Physio last year because I was struggling with hip pain while squatting and I wanted to get back into Powerlifting. Then, a few months into working with Cy, I crashed while mt biking and was in a lot of shoulder pain, not able to move my arm for a few days. Cy was able to help me get out of pain, and back into the sport I love. He helped me through not only my physical pain, but a lot of mental barriers as well. After working with him and following the program he wrote for me... read more
