thank you . is an understatement , i've had amazing. results with the yoga classes . the instructor is great. she goes at a perfect pace. i have a lot of physical challenges. the sessions have really helped with a lot. not in so much pain able to move better and not so stiff in the mornings. still in pain ! but not as bad. this should be something insurance comps let docs write scripts for, so many people are in need of this and we dont even know about it !!! all we get is a can of pills :( help yourself take a yoga class . ... read more
