We had forever ties film our wedding but unfortunately the files were corrupted and they weren't unable to retrieve our footage, despite countless attempts and a very expensive process they weren't able to deliver our footage unfortunately.

I was very hopeful about this vendor at first. An was kind and stepped in quickly to help me after my original videographer canceled last minute. Unfortunately, Forever Ties lost all of my wedding footage and never communicated this to me. After over nine months of silence, they finally reached out to tell me the files were corrupted.
