I purchased the FR-9KS about a week ago and boy am I impressed! First, it wasn't difficult assembling it at all just followed the instructional video maybe 30 minutes doing it myself? Then I sat in it and played with the 10 auto functions which also had a really helpful instructional video. Listen, I'm recovering from a pinch nerve in my neck and this chair hit all the right spots! I can even just target that area in manual mode. I'm only able to give 5 stars but they deserve 10. From the very beginning this company has show nothing but the absolute BEST customer service. They were pleasant, patient and on top of things. The chair is amazing. To be honest it has put a little strain on my marriage, I can't get my wife out of it.
