FOCO stole my money and does not care about their customers I returned a defective item. FOCO is claiming the package was lost and will not refund me. They made me pay for my own return shipping, promised a gift card to reimburse me for the costs, then didn't live up to their promise so now I am out the cost of the item and the return shipping costs.
Yep, the google reviews depict our experience far more than the FOCO reviews. I ordered an Ohtani Bobblehead in October of 2025 - still have not received. Current status is, "Preparing to ship." They have no credibility. Completely ridiculous.
I lost the instructions manual from one set. I contacted them and in less than 20 minutes I get a reply and the solution for my request.

You guys tie up hundreds upon hundreds of dollars of my money then cancel a pre order or is delayed in shipping. STOP putting a "ships no later than" date on your items. You guys have a 95% rate of NOT shipping your items by then. On top of it you offer nothing to consumers for their inconvenience.
