I ordered an Eagles Toiletry Make-Up Bag after seeing @lewiskat on TikTok, and it came within a little over a week. The tracking was a little wonky, so I sent in a request and got a response immediately. I ended up not needing help because my package had actually arrived already, so now worries here. I have purchased a mascot and a stadium for my university. They are so cool to display! However, the real measure of a company is how they treat their customers. I had a mishap with my mascot and FOCO went out of their way to help me. It was even more impressive because my mascot had been discontinued (I bought it years ago). Asked whether a jersey advertised could be manufactured in a different color (this was a pre-order item) and was told basically, “What you see is what you get.” Seems for a pre-order product, a request for a different color material than what is advertised shouldn’t be that hard to accommodate, but…
Products ( Bobble Heads and Commemorative Baseballs) always look great although it takes a while to receive them but worth the time due to the quality. Customer service has always been great, quickly responds ( within 24 hours) with a quick resolution. Lane and Megan exhibits exemplary customer service.
