You guys tie up hundreds upon hundreds of dollars of my money then cancel a pre order or is delayed in shipping. STOP putting a "ships no later than" date on your items. You guys have a 95% rate of NOT shipping your items by then. On top of it you offer nothing to consumers for their inconvenience.

I got this Bucs helmet and the finished helmet looks very cool, but there is some issues. The “New one piece facemask” was too big for the helmet, which caused me to almost break the whole helmet while trying to put it on,(the whole helmet is very fragile). Another thing is that a lot of the blocks are made very badly and can’t be used. Overall it was very hard to build but it looks very cool in the end
Thank you for sending the wrong item for our Christmas Gift which caused us to scramble at the last moment. Not even the correct team, but a random item from a totally different team. No one responded in a timely manner until after Christmas. And it was a shame that Margaret, the customer service agent, stuck to a canned script and did not go above and beyond to make up for the horrible experience and therefore Foco lost a customer. See ticket 392193.
On Thanksgiving I placed an order for a buildable stadium as a Christmas gift. Within hours, I found out that someone got the same thing for the same person. I e-mailed FOCO immediately, asking if there was an opportunity to cancel the order. At 5AM the next day, I received a response from customer service stating that they could do so, and within 2 days the order was officially cancelled.
