Delayed order and no reward for the delayed, I’m expected to pay full price and FOCO gets to decide when I receive the merchandise that I already paid for. They offered no satisfactory resolution.
I like the bobbleheads that I purchased from FOCO but the recent strategy of making everything a presale is disappointing. My opening day bobble will not arrive until the end of the season. The other bobble that I recently ordered was cancelled because there was not enough interest which is also disappointing. While they had my money for the presale and they could have used my money, I did not have that money which could have been used elsewhere or to earn interest. The increasing prices also become more prohibitive.
My child had a stadium kit to build but had lost the instructions, I emailed the company and they sent us a PDF of the instructions straight away. Very impressed. Thank You.
Ordered an item and they took my money. A month later they said they had taken too many orders for the item and my order is being canceled. The troubling part is that it took them a month to figure that out. Shady.
Excellent customer service and extremely helpful, I was missing a piece from my construction set and after emailing them to let them know, they are sending me the piece.
