Want cute clothes for cheap? Forever 21 is a great store. It does tend to cater towards the younger generation though. Its a great store that carries a wide variety of clothes for at a great price. I buy the majority of my clothes there and have never had a problem with anything. The quality of clothes is a little iffy sometimes. That doesn't bother me though because anything I buy there I know will be out of style in a couple months anyways. Trendy but Cheap The clothes here won't last more than a season or two, but it doesn't really matter because they'll be out of style by then anyway. I like getting the T-shirts and tank tops because they're usually $10- $15 max.
cute looks, good prices Forever 21 is a fun little store with a huge selection of popular looks at half the price of most stores. Beware of the loud music and huge groups of middle school girls, it can get a little overwhelming. But, take a deep breath and have fun finding a cute tank top and a pair of jeans for $20.
Awful return policy on cheap clothing This shop caters to teens with limited budgets, offering trendy styles at low cost. Unfortunately, their return policies dictate that you essentially are just "trading" in your bad gear for something else in the store. Good Place to Shop for Pieces If you're over 19, don't try to build your whole wardrobe here. But if you need a hot pair of pants, or some cute, funky tops, then this is a great place to go. I'm never too crazy about the accessories, and their shoe selection is usually pretty small. (I can never find a pair in my size, 10.)
