The staff are incredible! Vivienne is very knowledgeable and has somehow turned exercise fun and something I look forward to! The Pilates classes are easygoing and small enough to feel well supported. I highly recommend Vivienne for anyone who has struggled with exercise or a is complex needs, because he understands how to adapt for your health needs! The admin staff Isobel and Lennie are wonderful and very efficient!
Very thoughtful treatment. I felt confident to use the exercises given. The exercises were modified to suit my condition.
Terrific. Great service and help for my back
I have more confidence from hurting my groin. The physio sessions have helped a lot for me to get stronger.
Very bad behaviour with patients nonsense and discrimination with different types of people
