Never could get anyone on the phone even after clicking on speak with an agent. Every time I tried to log in or reset my password it would say no account was found with my emails but yet I get emails from them all the time. Then on top of that no one provided me the certificate number the automated response asks for. 10 out of 10 do not recommend to anyone because they are a -10 out of 10

I took out an insurance policy out in June and in August it still had not been accepted by underwriting. I gave the agent a check for 3 months. I cancelled my certificate, since it was taking so long. I never received a refund check for the money I paid. Customer service takes several minutes to reach someone and I have been on hold for 25 minutes one time. I was told they can’t see any information in their computer about my refund. The agent has not contacted me about my refund.
Horrible I tried to close my account. They won't close it saying I need to fax in a paper saying close the account. Ok understand that so I do thinking all is right. Next month bam hits my account over draws it. So I call back and send yet another fax while talking with them on the phone and now they say the photo won't open in the damn fax. So I send another I'm still waiting on the out come of it right now but this place sucks they don't care as long as they can suck some more money out of you.
