I called some time back to get a health status on a couple of residents at this facility. I didn’t get any kind of status for either person, resulting in my time being wasted as I was lied to, disrespected, and abused. I later learned, at the time I called, one of the residents I called about, was gravely ill. I found out that resident died on the internet. I didn’t even know he was sick!! Used to be such a nice place… now seems like a place I wouldn’t take my dog to…
I had a pleasant visit with a good friend. The facility seems very nice.
