I rented this venue for my husband's 60th Birthday Party. I immediately regretted it once i met the decorator there. The ceiling had a multiple stream leak which cause me to lose half of the space. I was forced to move everything to one side of the room which obstructed dance opportunity. Secondly, there was high mice activity while people were moving around (the mice were very bold).Next, the kitchen is in such bad condition I wasn't able to use the stove or the sink. On the toughest day in our family. We hosted a repast at this location on 1/19/24. We were met with nothing but unprofessionalism and disrespect. The day before we came to setup the rental space. As we were doing so the room we had rented ceiling was leaking. Puddles of water in 6 different places in the room. We were locked in the building by their maintenance person Theron whom was very nasty. We were cursed at for asking about the floors being cleaned, the room not being setup at the time he provided, the water up etc. Wh... read more

We made a $200 cash-deposit to rent various spaces inside the FPSC to film a TV movie. This written agreement was made 10/23/2023 and included our filming to begin 10am to 6pm Sunday 11/19/2023 at a total rental-space cost of $300.00 All in writing by Ms. Tessa Hill, representing the Forest Park Senior Center.
