I have been banking at Forest Park Bank for over 15 years and have been very satisfied with the service I get there. My business requires me to weekly meet with a personal banker to make deposits for my clients, and the bankers I regularly deal with ( Sibel ) / ( Mike ), and the Manager ( Fernando) are all professional , helpful and efficient. In addition, Banker Vanessa Becerra is always a great help when regular bankers I see are busy or out. She fills in quickly and efficiently and is very professional.
I have had a great experience working with the FPB team. Fernando and his team consistently go above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. They’re responsive, professional, and genuinely care about taking care of their clients. A special shoutout to Sibel—she is always incredibly attentive and quick to fulfill a request.
