I had an account here for almost 2 years, opened it cause I thought it would be convenient, but was the wrong decision the staff are low effort throughout. their online banking is horribly managed, including strange and inconvenient lockouts. Nothing about this bank wants to earn you as a customer, non existent saving interest rates. I shouldn't have opened an account here, and I discourage others from doing the same
