Wish I could give - stars Absolutely horrendous bank. Save yourself the stress and white hairs. Very disorganized and unprofessional bank however I believe it is due to leadership and Ceos whoever is on top. Its my understanding only one employee can unfreeze oneline banking accounts. That is ludacris and completely unfair to that employee. I've had problems with them since day 1. I'm going to change banks. After going through two large banks in six months, I finally found a smaller friendly bank that does not have high monthly maintenance fees. Forest park bank has a great checking account for seniors. Oh, and they also answer the phone when you call!
Horrendous bank and rude employees. That's what you get for being a good customer for twenty years. Two Things you don't mess with my money and my pets and they managed to do both at the same time when my dog was rushed to the ER vet in the middle of the night . Treatment grossly delayed while suffered due to my bank debit card being declined.
