I had an account here for almost 2 years, opened it cause I thought it would be convenient, but was the wrong decision the staff are low effort throughout. their online banking is horribly managed, including strange and inconvenient lockouts. Nothing about this bank wants to earn you as a customer, non existent saving interest rates. I shouldn't have opened an account here, and I discourage others from doing the same

Wish I could give - stars Absolutely horrendous bank. Save yourself the stress and white hairs. Very disorganized and unprofessional bank however I believe it is due to leadership and Ceos whoever is on top. Its my understanding only one employee can unfreeze oneline banking accounts. That is ludacris and completely unfair to that employee. I've had problems with them since day 1. I'm going to change banks.
