The staff was very good and helpful. I don’t know how the food is because it’s day one for my family member. I found the room to be very dirty. I found pills on the floor, a pair of used exam gloves on the floor behind a table. The surface area of the tray and furniture were all dirty and I wiped them off with a hand wipe from my purse. The staff was very friendly, starting with the front desk. The person I visited seemed well taken care of. I interacted with two staff members while visiting, and they were both kind and professional. I left very glad that my friend was in a good environment.
My Aunt is a resident for 8 months now and is happy here. I found place clean and fresh smelling. I was there for 2.5 hrs and she was checked on by friendly house keeper and two friendly nursing assistant in Green. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of my aunt.
