Lovely Staff
We have recently had out mother admitted as a full-time resident after caring for Mum at home for 9 years. it was very hard for the family to entrust Mum's care to someone else or to an aged care facility. Our mother has settled in very well, the staff are lovely, friendly, welcoming and caring. Anit Sethi as the admissions co-ordinator ensured the transition to a care facility was seamless. This specific aged care is where my dad is currently and was abused by one of there staff named acbul not a good look on yous. I will make sure that this matter is elevated as no one wants to hear there parent being treated where they should be helping them.
My 85 year old mum has been at The Lodge for 3 weeks now and we're very happy so far. These are a few observations so far.. The staff very attentive and, to us importantly, warm. They often pop their heads in to mums room to say hi, or wave and smile as they walk past. We were told when she moved here that we were welcome to join her for a meal (with advanced notice) which I did last week.
