Not a place to place loved ones… Remember this memory care facility failed to keep one of their residents safe. The resident in the middle of winter found herself outside, and not being able to facilitate entry back into the facility, froze to death. They are still dealing with “ bedbugs” which have been an issue for the last (5) five years.
I can not stress this enough, RUN!!! Do not place your loved ones at this facility ever!!!!
Not what they claim to be. Make up rules as they go. They abuse clients, not attentive to clients. Meals are not a balanced diet. I would not recommend this place because it’s not what it appears, I’ve hear staff brag about how they don’t do anything for clients.
