Currently…. They still have bed bugs and employees walk around with alcohol bottles. I have photos of bed bugs on a resident. The residents are not receiving nutritional meals to the point the residents are malnourished. The facility is understaffed and the turn over rate is so high they use staffing agencies to employee workers daily. The concerns are being elevated beyond this facility because the unprofessionalism is alarming.
My good friend from Church since 2019 Karl, has recently moved here. Ive had plenty of visits to see my friend and give a honest review. Vety Impressed, Super Clean, Great Food, Warm & Welcoming, Real & Discrete Genuine Friendships have Bloomed with many of the staff in numerous departments towards Karl.
