I feel like l truly am home. Everyone is helpful and make you feel like you are family.
Horrible place for rehab. The neglect was terrible. Conditions nasty. I layed in a broken bed for 2 days before it was replaced. The broke completely on the third day . Thereapist Dennis came in to do therapy,I went to get out of the when it collapsed. I fell Dennis kept from hitting the floor, however I hurt my right shoulder and chest. This place is horrible. Stay away.
I just wanted to reach out and say how pleased we are regarding the care and attention my mom, Nancy , is receiving at Forest Hills. In the past 5 years since my father passed away, this is the happiest and safest she has ever felt and it has been such a relief to know that we don’t have the constant worry about her well being that we had in the past with other facilities. My mother had to come here for rehab the place was very clean private room and all the staff were amazing all of the aides were very attentive and took such good care of her during her stay . The food needs some improvement but overall ok. Maybe extra staff in the future to add to your already staff would make it 5 star . Best in this area facility . kUDOS.
I have been a resident in the acute care section of the facility for 5 days and I cannot say enough positive things about the facility, from admission to arrival and getting settled in my room, everything was done with great care and kindness. The room is beautiful and will definitely help if you have visitors who can comfortably sit in the living room section of your room.
