My rating is based solely on the research process as their nurse who does assessments was on vacation and so they couldn’t schedule an assessment for 2 weeks and we found somewhere else during that time. Forrest farm offers 2 care levels, 1 hour a week or 1 hour a day. That’s very different from most of the other places we looked at. They also have private pay or subsidized options which is also very different from everywhere else we looked.
