My kids have been going here for a couple years now and it has been amazing. The staff is always so kind and I never have to worry about my kids being well taken care of. Speaking from the classes my kids are in the Infant and Toddler teachers Bailey Alyssa and Donita are top notch!
We've had our three kids through here since early 2018. A few core teachers have been here the entire time (Ms Donita, Ms Joni, Ms Taylor, Ms Lisa, Ms Celeste) and they have really cared for our family. We've been through several different directors and through covid and out the other side and this place still works well for us.
DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE. Ms Amy the new director is down right AWFUL. She just stares you down the moment you walk in and has this awful scowl and demeanor all the time. I use to love this place when Mrs Jennifer was the head director. My son really flourish and came a long way when she was there. Mrs Donetta is the absolute best teacher and Mrs Lisa is amazing and so is ms Taylor. All the staff are excellent EXCEPT the new director Amy. I absolutely love KinderCare Forrest Crossing! The team is so caring, kind, and always keeps me in the loop. The daily updates and pictures with friends are the best part of my day. I feel totally at ease knowing my child is in great hands. I really rely on this amazing team and appreciate everything they do!
My son has been attending this daycare for a few years now. We first came here when it was under different management/director and though we were happy then, our experience has only gotten better each year. Everyone is beyond kind patient and welcoming. They try their best to give the best experiences, teachings, and care. If you have a concern, they are quick to listen and help.
