I have really enjoyed my son attending this facility. He started last year during the summer time. He had never been to any childcare beforehand. He comes home telling me about all his friends and the awesome curriculums that they participate in. I love seeing him so joyful after such a long day! The staff is very welcoming and they treat my son like family. The school age teacher is amazing and the classroom setup is so cute for each child. Home living area, library, science station, and more! Thank you Kindercare Staff!
I just want to take the time out to thank All of the staff members of Kindercare for taking such good care of my daughter. Kindercare has been like another home to us, from Ms. Jen to Ms. Talylor, to Ms. Lisa-my daughter's teacher, they have shown us kindness and professionalism. I trust Kindercare with my daughter's care and safety. You all are appreciated!
We have been at Forest Crossing Kindercare since our first child was an infant and she has thrived and learned so much in this setting. The staff and team are so welcoming and always communicate well with us. The app remains updated regularly and it’s a joy to see my daughters learning, growing, and playing with friends in such a great environment.
Switched my daughter to this daycare and so far I can say it has been excellent! We get updated through the day by the app on what she’s doing and get pictures of her! Healthy meals, brain building activities, playing with her friends. Just a great day care overall.
Disappointing Experience – Frequent Teacher Turnover & Lack of Attention I’ve had a disappointing experience with this daycare. One of the biggest concerns is the constant switching of teachers – it feels like every time I drop by, there’s a new face. This inconsistency seems to impact the kids, as I often see children crying when I walk into the room.
