Management turns a blind eye to bullying from higher-level bosses, creating a toxic workplace where employees feel unsafe and unsupported. When serious concerns are raised, nothing is done, no accountability, no solutions, just silence. For a place supposedly dedicated to health and wellness, the hypocrisy is shocking.
