Very polite staff with quick and respectful responses. Although a preorder placed one month prior to release was not completely fulfilled with no notification or warning prior to ordering/leading up to the shipment date. Now the product is double the price on release elsewhere. Edit: Thank you for the reply but you were selling it on your website while you weren't able to fulfill the order. I'm glad this won't happen in the future.
