The team is great- always try to accommodate. Bikes perfect. I have been renting bikes for many years from Forest Beach Surf snd Cycle- No need to go anywhere else!
We had a great time in HHI riding our bikes from Forest Beach Surf and Cycle. The bikes were delivered to our Airbnb before we arrived and all we had to do was return them to the same bike stand and lock them up before we left. It was so easy and convenient. The bikes were great for riding around the island and on the beach.
I had booked the wrong week for the bikes and Forest Beach surf and cycle graciously said no problem and brought them to our rental right away while we were there. I felt that the vacation wouldn't have been the same without the bikes and Forest Beach Surf & Cycle helped us so much by accommodating us early. I would highly recommend them.
The bikes are wore out! We had one seat break when adjusting it, the other was wobbly. We called at 3 to get replacement and it didn’t get taken care of until next day. I asked for an extension of a day due to that and he was difficult and unaccommodating, frankly a little argumentative saying “we got it taking care of the next day, you called after hours” I explained that I didn’t think I was required to only ride in the business hours and he didn't get it.
