Entered this shop and was instantly transported to a fairy land. I definitely wouldn't take my little one into this shop so I'm not sure what other people are complaining about. If the owner is watching you it's because she probably cops a lot of theft, which is really sad. This shop actually MADE my day and I was able to buy things I can't find elsewhere. Got the pleasure of finding this shop at kryal castle. Was amazing so many goodies really gave the cc a workout. Definately recommend for those in the know.
Ohh wow.. so it was not just me. Exactly what I was thinking.. if only I had not gone into this shop, my experience today at Kryal castle would have been perfect. Seriously what a bad attitude! Huh where to start?? Our first experience at Kryal castle and everything about it except you and your co-worker was wonderful. You both had terrible manners towards your customers and their children, making many many people uncomfortable. I had every anticipation of buying some of your items but because of your poor attitude and constant 'surveillance' of both myself and kids and other families, we spent our money elsewhere.
