I can't possibly say enough great things about Steve and Tyler. They have treated me and my XC90 with the utmost care and respect. I've never left the shop feeling like I got a bad deal. I would recommend their service to anyone who owns a volvo. Besides the honest hard work on my car they also provide incredible customer service :-)

This is a great shop where the employees have skill and also have fun. They are willing to squeeze you in if necessary and have loaner cars available if you don't want to wait. We take all of our cars here and drive an hour to do so.
I question their honesty on invoices. They appear to overcharge for Labor. BE CAREFUL
Steve runs a great shop. He's then one you'll get on the phone, and he's the one who will remember you AND your car a year later. In my experience, he's attentive and patient on every call, even though he's running a very busy and "in-demand" shop. It's in demand because the service is so great. I always receive excellent service from Steve and his very qualified, friendly and caring staff.
I have been going to this shop for nearly ten years for my service on my Volvo 240. I strongly recommend them.
