Had a great experience with James. I have been able to get to a place where I can return to sports and building my strength.
I attended physio therapies with Simran and she was great, in giving out the right useful exercises for my knee that was injured. I overall had a great positive experience with her helping me get back to full health and getting back into sports quickly.
