Geraldine at the Fordyce location saved the day with her kindness and customer service skills. I was getting ready to close my mother's account due to the nonchalant attitude of staff at the White Hall branch. They don't have time to answer questions or open new accounts. Geraldine should serve as the role model for all branches.
