My 102 year old grandmother, Herta Schenk, previously retained this firm to update her legal documents, including her Will and when she had reasonable capacity. Afterward, my mother Lori Valley who is named as an attorney under my 102 year old grandmother’s Power of Attorney, requested copies of the most recent legal documents from the firm, due her questionable capacity as per what the recent capacity assessor determined when speaking with her We were told by Michael... read more
