Hi, I was introduced to Steph through my sister who had already used Stephs services with other properties and came with high recommendation. Stephen and his team handled finances for my previous home and my new home, it was a smooth process even during Covid (ANZ arbitrary classified my job as a risky business - real estate agent and consequently cancelled my home loan approval!), very easy to deal with and great outcome. Always here when you need him. Do not hesitate (I’m a former banker), forget your bank and start a long term relationship with his team: like you need a good family GP, you need a good Financial Broker!
Steph helped me get a market best rate and supported me entering the Aussie property market for the first time and over a long period where I tried to hold onto my UK property, looking to rent-vest in Aus then changed tack and decided to go all in and owner-occupy with my purchase here, requiring a sale in the UK - which took a long time - Steph was there all the way, helping make sure I was best positioned once I found a place here.
