Our family of 6 adults, 2 children and 1 pooch have just spent a week at Ford House and had an amazing time. From booking to returning home, communication from the host Judy was excellent..even when we had a damage incident, Judy gave reassurance not to worry and resolved the issue immediately at no extra charge to ourselves. The house sits between 2 pubs right in the centre of the village and was an ideal location for our visits to Cartmel racecourse ( 2 mins walk ).
