The whole team was extremely professional, and Reuben went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the install. We're so glad we chose Ford & Doonan to replace our ducted system. Definitely coming back to Ford & Doonan West Perth for future servicing!
We have just had our old (23 years) Daikin Aircon replaced with a new Daikin system by Ford and Doonan, West Perth. I couldn't be happier with them. They were so professional and tackled the situation of lifting the unit on to the roof through a very tight manhole with determination and achieved success. I have already recommended them to other residents of our building.
We used Ford & Doonan to supply and install three split systems in an old weatherboard cottage in Cottesloe, and they were amazing. I especially recommend their consultant, Jordan, who was super helpful and knowledgeable when quoting a second, more complex job. Highly recommend!
