We used Ford & Doonan to supply and install three split systems in an old weatherboard cottage in Cottesloe, and they were amazing. I especially recommend their consultant, Jordan, who was super helpful and knowledgeable when quoting a second, more complex job. Highly recommend!

I was quoted over $16,000 for 3 split systems via email. This is outrageous behaviour from a company I've dealt with in the past. I strongly recommend anyone reading this post to explore alternate options. Sincerely, Shocked and Appalled.
