I had a ducted system installed in January. Prior to to the installation, I was having a pleasant experience with what seemed like a professional team. Just over 2 years ago Ford and Doonan Midland installed a Daikin ducted reverse cycle system in our house comprising of two outdoor units, the cost was over $21000. Ford and Doonan were also contracted to remove the old evaporative system. Approximately 3 months after installation we turned on a tap in our backyard to find water pouring from the ceiling in our living room. From the start Ford and Doonan did a good job. First, a quick response and quote, despite it being peak season. When the units were delivered they had even thought to match the trim with our brick colour. I could not have wished for a better job of installation of my 2 new aircon units. The guys were on time, efficient, tidy and helpful.
