Do not use these people, they were more than happy to sell me a new air conditioner and install it in my house a year ago. But now it is due it's first service they tell me that they won't come up and service it as I live outside their area...They never mentioned that when they were spouting off about how good they were, trying to sell it to me. *BEWARE* Use another company.....
Gave excellent advice as to size of unit and positioning. Even though we went with a different position, Michael's suggestion we place a pedestal fan at a particular place is extremely effective in redirecting cool air to our bedroom. The install was performed quickly and efficiently. I thoroughly recommend Ford & Doonan Midland

Replaced our 20 yr old bedroom aircon. Michael pleasant and honest to deal with. The new Daikin was delivered and installed in a week, surprising as in December. The installers arrived precisely on time and did a good, clean job.
Thank you for a great installation. The installation was completed exactly as quoted, the team arrived on time and worked very efficiently to remove the old evaporation cooler and install the new deducted and split system. They cleaned up everything and were done by 3 PM. The system works well and the controller is easy to use. Did some power consumption measurements and found that the heating overnight for the whole house is less than 2 standard electric heaters. Looking forward to some hot days to test the cooling.
