Ford and Doonan Midland handled my Aircon install two years ago and I recently had to get in touch regarding some warranty work. My enquiry was handled by Tegan who was friendly, prompt and professional. I called late afternoon on a Friday and she was able to help me organise a technician for the next business day within the hour. Technician Matt who looked after me on the Monday was also exceptional to deal with and was kind enough to fit me in around my knock off time at the end of the day. Excellent service and very professional in every way.
Do not use these people, they were more than happy to sell me a new air conditioner and install it in my house a year ago. But now it is due it's first service they tell me that they won't come up and service it as I live outside their area...They never mentioned that when they were spouting off about how good they were, trying to sell it to me. *BEWARE* Use another company.....
Gave excellent advice as to size of unit and positioning. Even though we went with a different position, Michael's suggestion we place a pedestal fan at a particular place is extremely effective in redirecting cool air to our bedroom. The install was performed quickly and efficiently. I thoroughly recommend Ford & Doonan Midland
