We purchased a Panasonic ducted system from Ford and Doonan some years ago and have gone back to them for service and repairs. Very happy with the product and would happily use Ford and Doonan again.
Great experience with Ford & Doonan. I was upgraded an old ducted reverse cycle A/C and Michael’s efficient design and clear explanations were excellent. He was always available whenever I had questions, and there was no sales pressure at all. They use quality products, pricing was very competitive, and the whole process was smooth and pleasant—I’d definitely recommend them!
Overall, I am very happy with Ford and Doonan at Midland from start to the finish of the job. They were not the cheapest quote that I received, but I understand that as a customer you really do get what you pay for and that is quality and after sales support. When I asked for a quote, Mark came out on the same day and measured up my two rooms and determined the exact size systems I needed.
