Had a completely new ducted system installed. Process was simple and efficient from start to finish. Thanks to Lewis who was a pleasure to deal with, nothing was too much trouble. Chris and his team were excellent, arrived on time and completed the job under trying circumstances (very high temperature) Chris was pleasant and easy to deal with and explained the system and controls really well. Thank you Chris and the team for your excellent work. Would not hesitate to use Ford and Doonan Joondalup again.
Efficient installation on the hottest day of the year. The team was on time and kept me informed about what was going on. Pleased that they cleaned up after themselves and gave clear directions on what to do should any follow up be needed. The a/c is working well. Would recommend.
