Hello,I just had my Air Conditioning installed last week the did a really great job, the installer Carl and his team,arrived on time and they got the job done,and they were clean and tidy up and even vacuum up the floors again,I would like to thank Ford and Donna again!!!🙂
We had our old evap system removed and upgraded to a reverse cycle. The technicians arrived exactly on time and powered through the entire day to get it done. The team was extremely friendly and professional, and the workmanship was to an extremely high standard.
Extremely satisfied with replacement reverse cycle ducted aircon system. We had several quotes from different companies and although Ford and Doonan were not the cheapest we were most impressed by Lewis who was very helpful, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. After deciding to upgrade from evaporative to refrigerative air conditioning we are very pleased with the work done by the Ford & Doonan team. From quote to installation was quick and efficient. The installation team had the work done in a day and even our nervous, rescue dog liked them.
F and D Joondalup are currently installing our ducted air con for a new build. I cannot fault their customer service or workmanship to date. Service is prompt and quality brands are used. Tradesmen are professional, helpful, trustworthy and reliable. Prices are reasonable/ competitive with other suppliers and good variety of products/brands to choose from. Looking forward to using this product. Fully recommend.
