From the initial conversation to the completed installation, Ford & Doonan were excellent. Leigh-ann was extremely helpful and considerate of our needs. Jacks and the installation team were superb. No hesitation in recommending to anyone considering a ducted aircon install.
Excellent service. They came out for a quote on replacing evap cooler and installing a reverse cycle air con/heating. quote was very and was installed all in one day and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. Very happy with the whole experience.

WOW! I have been a long time client with Leigh-Ann. I have always received exceptional service. We recently moved home. We were in a desperate need for a new aircon (reverse cycle ducted unit, new outlet covers, new ducting) as the one was so outdated and unserviceable.
