One summer late morning, I went out and drove to Oceankeys Shopping Centre to buy something. On my way, I stopped at a parking lot thinking how awful the weather was. From the initial conversation to the completed installation, Ford & Doonan were excellent. Leigh-ann was extremely helpful and considerate of our needs. Jacks and the installation team were superb. No hesitation in recommending to anyone considering a ducted aircon install.
Excellent service. They came out for a quote on replacing evap cooler and installing a reverse cycle air con/heating. quote was very and was installed all in one day and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. Very happy with the whole experience.
