Ford and Doonan were great from the first time we contacted them. Marc was great with the planning and was flexible to suit our house design and needs. Both Zarah and Ange for the constant updates and after-service care. And finally, the fit out team who removed/replaced our ducted system were punctual and courteous, a big thank you. Our overall experience was that we were working with a professional and polite team who put you first.

Ronny sales person was punctual, gave good advice on vents , options . Installer Sean and crew were brilliant, punctual , polite , cleaned up after there work - nice job guys . Moved 1 vent in lounge and to better spot . So happy sitting in lounge know . All in all a good service , price

We had an excellent experience with Ford & Doonan Canning Vale installing our airconditioner in Rossmoyne in mid Feb. Our job was quite large and involved decommissioning and removing two ducted evaporative airconditioners from the roof and installing new ducted reverse cycle airconditioning. We have the large Panasonic Premium Inverter 22.4KW with 13 outlets, split into 10 individually controlled zones with two return air grilles.
