Extremely disappointing service and rude staff, I first experienced how rude the servicemen was once when I told him to wait outside till I had my dog in a different room or outside as my dog can be reactive, The aircon tech did not want to wait and insisted I let him in, and then when my dog was reactive like I told him he was rude and condescending, Then another time I was not home and he was extremely rude to my partner making her feel uncomfortable. What a great experience meeting with Ken at Ford & Doonan Busselton. What great job on my air conditioner, runs so much better than before cleaning, have recommended family and friends to give them a ring.wish I had a photo before job was done as not been cleaned for 10 years, thank you

Very disappointed. Informed by the technician that the whole unit needed replacing but really only needed to clean the drain outlet. Could have been a very expensive con job! It was a con job not a comprehensive solution. This is one client you will never see again.
