Just had my 3rd annual service, great job as always. Lee is always professional and polite.
Extremely disappointing service and rude staff, I first experienced how rude the servicemen was once when I told him to wait outside till I had my dog in a different room or outside as my dog can be reactive, The aircon tech did not want to wait and insisted I let him in, and then when my dog was reactive like I told him he was rude and condescending, Then another time I was not home and he was extremely rude to my partner making her feel uncomfortable.
