Had Ford & Doonan install a ducted system to my new build through the builder. Had to get them back after 4 months as one of the rooms was not getting any cooling at all. Turns out the ducting in the roof wasn't connected properly and it was blowing the air into the roof. The airtouch panel also wasn't set up properly, the only saving grace from a 1 star review to a 2 star was Linda, she came out to do the hand over (which should have happened after the install not 4 months down the track) and she was great.
