Should have a minus score really . Appalling incompetent people with no idea of what they're talking . One said to me that the issue is there because I made an additional payment on their provided customer portal instead of calling in and doing it over the phone . Being passed around the office and told that someone will be in touch time after time with nobody making any effort . Will never give them another pound or buy anything associated with them .

Phoned here as this was the registered address for a 'Ford dealer' on eBay. I was disappointed to end up talking to a person who couldn't or wouldn't attempt to confirm that seller was affiliated with this company. It was a waste of time talking to him and l put the phone down none the wiser.
