I used David Cooper for several situations. I found him competent, professional as well as compassionate for my cases. He speaks to you in layman's terms and is easy to work with. He lets you know if he can handle it and will refer you to others if his caseload is full. He has very good rates for his work.
Would NOT recommend Attorney David Cooper to anyone I care about. Horrible experience and, in my opinion, someone with little integrity. There are plenty of attorneys in KC so choose a good one.
