I have banked with Forcht Bank for over 10 years and due to not having many problems and the account tied to all of my bill paying, I have stuck with them. However over the last year their have been problem after proble. The only problem directly linked to the Barbourville office themself was needing a new debit card replacement and being informed only 1 woman in the bank could do it and she had lunch in 10 minutes then was clocking out immediately after lunch? It's time to have some folding money and when I asked my bank (an Internet-only one with no branches) where I could find a nearby free ATM, it sent me to Forcht. Easy drive through (though the "Free Candy!" van didn't fit) and the ATM worked well. I love ATMs that let me choose the denominations instead of blasting out $20's. My choices today were $100, $20 and $5 so I took a few $20s and a bunch of $5s. Nice. Receipt printed with my balance and it's all good. I like this bank!
