The communication that is provided by this company is sub par at best. They attempt to deliver without appointments. And when they do make a time period available they don’t show up. I would not recommend dealing with them. I called multiple times to remedy the situation and never was able to speak to a person. Left multiple messages and emailed and they never responded. Messaged with someone who repeatedly said “hold” or I’ll get back to you and never did. Bad business practices

Recently had a couple of large crates delivered by Force Transport and our experience was great. They arrived on time and placed them exactly where I wanted. Our delivery guys were Eddie and Joey (really great guys) and Craig was our point of contact / Logistics guy. He made sure our delivery went smoothly and contacted us after to make sure everything went well. Looking forward to using them again.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Their delivery crew ran over and completely destroyed my gate code keypad. When I reached out to have their insurance replace it, they have refused to answer my calls or my emails. Do not work with this company, they will destroy your property and leave you to deal with it. It wasn't my choice to use them, but I am making sure I never receive a package from Force Transport ever again. 0 Stars.

Had a heavy piece of freight that required us to rent a forklift. I worked with Craig who is a great communicator. We coordinated things and got the freight flawlessly. Driver was great as well.

If you really want to know how your company is being ran or would like to contact me before I get an attorney involved please do so. My email and phone number is in your dispatch email chain. Your driver damaged my item, have it on film and he refused to give paperwork on delivery. There was no way to report damage, driver took photo from far away and you cant see punctures. My signature was also forged on a POD that was never presented to me.
