I had a problem with a few of my big appliances and it they always did a great job.
He has serviced many of our appliances for countless years and has always been great. I cannot speak to why the other reviewer never got a call back but he has always been responsive when we have contacted him and he knows what he is doing.
Called regarding a repair for a front loader washer but never received a call back. Not acceptable.
