Joel from Forbes 100% lived up to their good reputation. We stopped in with our caravan after discovering our 12V system wasn't working. Joel tested the system confirming our suspicions that our old batteries needed replacing. He hooked up the new batteries in no time. Showed us how to reset the battery manager, how to store the batteries and helped us set up the app to monitor it. We also saved over $1200 by shopping at Forbes instead of Battery World. Thanks JOEL and Forbes!
My husband and I have purchased a large solar system for our caravan and also a mobile phone . The service provided by Nick and his team was terrific . When we ran into some issues with the solar they were there to assist us. We would highly recommend this business ☺️
A massive shout out to Nick Gillam for yet again going above and beyond for my family. We may be interstate, but that was no problem for Nick and the staff at Forbes Batteries. This is the second time in 5 years we have purchased of Forbes Batteries, and it has been seamless. Batteries came to us super quick, and communication was super. I would purchase again in a heartbeat.
Natalie was amazing. Fixed a problem that has been addressed many times for the last 3 years with the app. And advice was fantastic.
I'm travelling Australia in a camper van, and got in a right pickle when my camper van batteries weren't charging at all! With only 10 minutes warning of my arrival, Chris and Jayden were there for me. Not only was their service exceptional getting me back up and running, but Jayden also advised me of a potential problem that I was unaware of where my water-pipe was hitting the drive shaft. This could have caused me a big issue - so grateful! Would give 6 stars if I could, well done, fabulous service!
