Joel from Forbes 100% lived up to their good reputation. We stopped in with our caravan after discovering our 12V system wasn't working. Joel tested the system confirming our suspicions that our old batteries needed replacing. He hooked up the new batteries in no time. Showed us how to reset the battery manager, how to store the batteries and helped us set up the app to monitor it. We also saved over $1200 by shopping at Forbes instead of Battery World.
