So much good to say about this company! Year two of them doing our taxes and they make it so easy! Forbes and Associates is incredibly responsive to any and all questions, is up-to-date on all tax and filing changes and understands complex returns. Cassandra is sharp, personable and I never felt rushed when asking questions or when I needed clarification. Working with Cassandra started out well, as she found errors in my 2022 taxes filed by someone else and filed an extension on my 2023 taxes while we supposedly were going to re-file 2022. I kept asking to meet in person to go over my taxes, but she never replied. I started getting letters from the IRS about my 2022 taxes and she told me not to worry--that we were going to get that re-filed. Still never a reply to messages about meeting.
