Cassandra was great in the process of getting my taxes done. She got me scheduled within a timely manner, and we got taxes done that day! She asked the appropriate questions to make sure she had everything she needed and I was able to come prepared so I was able to give her everything she needed. Quick and efficient. I would highly recommend for your tax needs!
I’ve used Forbes & Associates for 2 years now, and unfortunately I was very disappointed by the service I received this year. Like another commenter wrote, I did not receive timely responses from the provider which led to Forbes & Associates being unable to prepare my documents prior to the tax deadline. So much good to say about this company! Year two of them doing our taxes and they make it so easy! Forbes and Associates is incredibly responsive to any and all questions, is up-to-date on all tax and filing changes and understands complex returns. Cassandra is sharp, personable and I never felt rushed when asking questions or when I needed clarification. We have used them two years in a row and will continue to use Forbes & Associates in the future.
This was the first year of retaining Cassandra's services. She was extremely informative and willing to answer any question I had.
