Working with Cassandra started out well, as she found errors in my 2022 taxes filed by someone else and filed an extension on my 2023 taxes while we supposedly were going to re-file 2022. I kept asking to meet in person to go over my taxes, but she never replied. I started getting letters from the IRS about my 2022 taxes and she told me not to worry--that we were going to get that re-filed. Still never a reply to messages about meeting.
