Bought flowers for a funeral 2 weeks in advance, living out of town we were assured it would all be taken care of.Showed up the day of and the person there had never heard of us had no flowers ready...nothing, offered us other people's arrangements to buy if we wanted. With no choice and an hour to go we had to go with it...a bad day worse. No apology offered from ownership. Salmon Arm in a nutshell.
Sent a tied bouquet to my Mom and they were gorgeous. The variety, color combination, current look and foliage was unique. I used to be a florist many years ago so I am pretty picky! I will use them exclusively from now on.
