I just bought two plants from here. They were on sale and i thought it was a good deal. So I purchased them. A snake plant and a ZZ. There were no signs of infestation to the soil from a glance. Literally as soon as i got home asat them down on my kitchen island. The next day I saw something crawling from the bottom of the soil in the grow pot they came in!
