Hurt my shoulder in the gym and came to see Effie, got an appointment quickly. Awesome environment, clean, calming, and personable. Felt very welcoming and was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. While getting settled, Effie listened to my concerns and was super friendly and attentive as to where my pain was. Treatment room had the same vibe as the front - welcoming, warm, and calming - with the addition of an awesome playlist. Acceptance of E-transfer payments makes life easy in 2025. Every visit here has been great! The clinic is always super clean and well organized, which makes it feel really calming. Effie is amazing.. so friendly and attentive. Excited to come back!!
Alanah was friendly and skilled. My neck/shoulders felt better the next day. Appreciated the heated bed. Payment by cash or e-transfer only. Small place. Never been asked to take off my shoes upon entering! Two rooms rented by various RMTs. You have to pass through a disorganized back room to get to the bathroom. Could be a more welcoming environment.
Extremely happy with the results, have had shoulder pain for years and just one session took all the tension and pain away, don’t know if it’s related either but have been able to fully bend my leg for the first time after the session aswell
