Lisa the Owner was fantastic. We came in with measurements and a few pics of our kitchen. She helped us determine 3 stools vs. 4 due to the width of the kitchen island, height of the stools, no memory swivel vs. memory, and helped us pick the fabric pattern for the pad. Had to be ordered, so she loaned us 3 stools until ours came in. She said 4 weeks and they can in 3 weeks. 5 Stars.

I purchased three barstools at the Barstool Shop in 2017. Solid construction and used daily, they are workhorses in my kitchen. A friend recently stood on one of the footrests (not made for standing) and broke it. I contacted the owner at the Barstool Shop to explore my options and she offered to order a replacement footrest from the manufacturer. She ordered it and called me when it came in. I purchased bar stools from the Owner about five years ago and was beyond impressed with her knowledge, the fact that we were given loaner chairs, and the deal sealer ….she guaranteed replacement of the chairs (stools upholstered) at an extremely reasonable cost whenever we would need. With two children, this was the perfect choice. The bar stools did uphold well, however they wore to the metal on both sides of each chair (4).
