Sent in an idea for review (spark) recd feedback in just a few days and an email that said someone will call soon to discuss. Never heard from them again other than I was apparently added to their email list I and would get the same emails every other day saying ..your report is finished! ...very disappointed in their service. Hope you all have better luck!
