Most knowledgeable and affective deep tissue therapist I know. Been seeing her for 8 years and have never left with the problem unresolved.
Meredith is just all around amazing at what she does! She truly cares about her clients , not only their physical but their spiritual, emotional and mental well being as well. Highly recommend! Meredith has been working not only on me, but with my family for a few years. Meredith is an exceptional massage therapist! She is professional, dependable, and extremely skillful, using a variety of techniques to release tissue, improve circulation and increase range of motion. She has the ability to find just the right locations that require releasing(ouch), then uses the technique to address the issue. I recommend her to anyone looking for a highly skilled, extremely effective massage therapist!
Oh my Gosh!!! Meredith is absolutely amazing!!! She is very professional as well as knowledgeable. Her technique are always perfect for all of the issues I have, and she is very in tune with the individual needs of her clients. If you need to relax, or if you have issues that you need someone to help you work through, I definitely would call Meredith!!! I never want to leave!!!!
